All Health Care Assistance overpayments are subject to recovery. Overpayments are recovered by direct payment. (7-1-04)T
01. Notice of Overpayment. The participant must be informed of the Health Care Assistance overpayment. (7-1-04)T
02. Notice of Recovery. The participant must be informed when his Health Care Assistance overpayment is fully recovered. (7-1-04)T
